It was a great experience. The food was delicious and the service was great. I recommend this restaurant. But I have one question. Why do they use impure wagyu beef? The association that the restaurant belongs to should not allow it. A little disappointed.

Reservations are a must. I tried the &quot;Corn&quot; tasting menu and it exceeded my expectations. The different types of corn tasted completely different than anything I&#39;ve ever had. The corn tortillas were sweet, earthy, and toasted. The attention to detail was outstanding.
