TheForkUserMy friends and I have a meal here every few weeks for a catch up. This time, we arrived to find a brand new menu! The prices have rocketed somewhat, but the choices (as long as they haven't run out) are very good! I usually take pictures of everything, but didn't for some reason last night, probably too eager to get stuck in to my half rack of ribs and loaded chips - two new items on the menu which come under 'extra sides', or something like that. The ribs were 5.99 and the loaded fries were 6.99, and along with the free salad bowl there was more than enough to satisfy. The waitress who served us was new too, and was very pleasant and worked hard.

TheForkUserWe have worked together, some of us still do. It was nice to get together and have a chat without worrying about what we have to do next. The atmosphere is always great at The Crown, the food superb and the staff really good.Our waitress, Lisa, looked after us.

TheForkUserWe loved the warmth and enthusiasm of the young girls who served us. Also the light flooding into the conservatory. The moussaka got our thumbs up as did the apple tart.Altogether an enjoyable experience - we will return.
