沙漠里的赤裸裸After staying in the United States for a long time, I find Western food more and more unbearable. Sometimes Asian food, especially East Asian food, is more in line with my taste. Vietnamese rice noodles are also a very good choice. This store is a small store in the United States, but it is relatively authentic because the owner is a Vietnamese family of three. The father cooks, the mother sits in charge, and the daughter is responsible for the cashier and reception. His family closes quite late. The location is not in the downtown area, but it does not close until nine o'clock. When we went there, there was a local white couple dining. It sounded like they were old customers. The menu is mainly Vietnamese rice noodles and fried rice noodles. We ordered two different rice noodles. The taste is very good, mainly because it feels very authentic. The amount of rice noodles is not small, and it feels very full and refreshing. My stomach felt so comfortable all of a sudden. I will come here to eat rice noodles again if I have the chance.
