I had a big meal on the last night before returning home. I accidentally booked the Michelin one-star The White Room one day in advance. I ordered a set meal of 6 dishes. It took more than two hours to finish the meal. I ate one by one. The last two ice creams were not sent out. The venison with red wine sauce was super harmonious. It was more tender than the one in the Hyatt Hotel in Cologne. I was so full that I burst while watching the exquisite French food. ​

回国前最后一天晚上吃顿大餐，提前一天误打误撞定的the white room米其林一星，点了6套菜的套餐，吃完花了两个多小时，一道一道吃，最后两道冰淇淋没有发出来，鹿肉配红酒酱超级和谐，比在科隆凯悦酒店做的嫩一些，看着精致的法餐吃到最后撑到炸。  ​

这家饭店的大厨以前是米其林三星餐厅的，所以水准很不错，看图片就知道了，里面的鸡尾酒咋个一流，甜品很好吃，装修的也很地道哦。

The chef of this restaurant used to work at a Michelin three-star restaurant, so his skills are very good. You can tell from the pictures. The cocktails are top-notch, the desserts are delicious, and the decoration is also very authentic.

An exquisite dining experience.  From the moment you enter the restaurant you are warmly greeted and ushered into a gastronomic fantasy land. Everything is explained from the glassware to the ingredients. Wonderful detail. Then comes the dining. Flavor upon flavor uniquely layered. New and exciting taste sensations.  Wine pairings were perfect.  A lovely trip for your palate right in the center of Amsterdam.

From the moment I walked into the restaurant, everything felt just right. The staff was attentive, the wine pairing was perfect, the food was good, the environment was comfortable and charming, the space had a sense of design, and it was very photogenic.

The total is 76, and the tip is 15%, which is 11.4 (lunch and dinner are generally 18% or 20%), totaling 87.4.
