We came here because we are just stay next door. Food is at Michelin standard and it was great, service is a bit disappointing and can be improved.
Overpriced, service was mediocre and more interested in local patrons, first course served (@€21) was more bacon than duck liver, comment was that this shouldn't have been served, compensation was 1 espresso @€3... and to round it off there was a €45 bottle of wine on the bill we never had.
Fantastic food, very friendly staff, they make your evening great and the food is prepared with love.
The three of us had a wonderful meal at Karel V. Super friendly service and the food is really great. The restaurant itself is in a beautiful old building at the harbour.
