We had eaten here for the second time and the food was wonderfully delicious. Hospitality was exceptional. The choice was a 5-course menu from the chef.
The start was well started with an amuse. 
As a starter, pickled sea bream fillet, salad of potato, tuber and beetroot and sweet and sour vegetables were served.
As a second course, there was parsnip soup with smoked trout, caviar with a special taste and coarse mustard.
As an intermediate course, home-made ravioli with a filling of Dutch shrimps and prawns with a lobster sauce melted on the tongue.
As a main course, gently cooked beef sukade from Landgoed Palmesteyn with an onion sauce on stir-fried vegetables and fresh fries with home-made mayonnaise.. 
The dessert was a Tarte Tatin with cr&egrave;me angelaise that was preceded by a pre-dessert. 
A delicious end to the evening.

This is the best we have ever discovered in the Low Countries. The atmosphere, the food, the matching wines. All top!

The food was great ; serving was nice with a lot of humor! The time between the first and the next serving moments takes too long. Especially for a 96 year old lady.
