The dinner was a great experience - surprising combinations of ingredients which were perfectly balanced!

De gerechten zijn kunstwerken en smaken heerlijk.Wijnen uit het Limburgse land, om trots op te zijn.De gastvrouwen zijn zeer vriendelijk en deskundig. We hebben weer genoten!

The hostesses are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Verrassende gerechten, gemoedelijke sfeer met persoonlijke benadering, lekkere muziek op de achtergrond, lounge en net niet te aanwezig. Het ademt bistro maar is absoluut een culinaire belevenis. Leuk detail: men schenkt en weet alles van Limburgse wijnen die je in het naastgelegen pand kunt kopen. Werkelijk enige puntje van kritiek: wij zaten aan een tafeltje naast de ingang en daar stond precies een spot boven onze tafel. Die had van ons wat lager mogen staan, maar op andere plekken was het licht mooi gedimd.

Surprising dishes, friendly atmosphere with personal approach, nice music in the background, lounge and not too present. It breathes bistro but is absolutely a culinary experience. Nice detail: they pour and know everything about Limburg wines that you can buy in the adjacent building. Really only point of criticism: we sat at a table next to the entrance and there was a spotlight right above our table. We would have preferred it to be a bit lower, but in other places the light was nicely dimmed.

Heerlijk gegeten,leuke bediening. Top avond gehad! Enige minpuntje was de plaats van het tafeltje naast het gordijn bij de entree.

Delicious food, nice service. Had a great evening! The only downside was the location of the table next to the curtain at the entrance.

Nooit gedacht dat er zulke lekkere wijn op Nederlandse bodem werd gemaakt. Het eten is ook prima en de dames in de bediening attent  en supervriendelijk. Een aanrader.

Never thought such delicious wine was made on Dutch soil. The food is also fine and the ladies in the service attentive and super friendly. Recommended.

Fantastic dinner at Infinito. We had been next door regularly with great satisfaction.  The service is very good, we had the menu for 4 courses. The ravioli was the best! Thanks for a fantastic evening👍

First time visiting Tomato and it was excellent. The service, food and atmosphere all made for a great experience. Also the phone call prior to arrival to ensure our reservation was still held was a nice personal touch. Will definitely visit again soon!

I always dine at this restaurant whenever I&#39;m in Maastricht, and it never disappoints. Excellent food, topnotch service!

Lovely little restaurant, just off the small square, a wee hidden gem, a limited menu as Andre Rieu concert was on in the square, but the food was delicious, as a group we had home made pasta with Bolognaise or Chilli and Clams for a main and the cannoli and tiramisu for dessert. Quote &#39;best Tiramisu Ive had&#39; and a free shot of Limoncello to finish the meal.

Very helpful staff with some special requests due to my keto diet.Unfortunately Menu options were a little bit reduced (not sure if seasonally, or because there were big concerts nearby a couple weeks).But overall very good experience and also great discount with the fork

We ordered a table full of dishes, and their bread was topped with ice cream as a dessert after the meal. As someone who loves sweets, I ate quite a lot, but hardly ate any of the other dishes.
