Christchurch's brunch is super famous. The food here is super good and nutritious.
New Zealand free travel sister group, the world is so big, of course we have to go see it together. We went together in mid-to-late August, so happy. We tried a lot of firsts in life. Life is like a journey, and I am also a traveler. #NewZealandTravel #Nature's Wonders #NewZealand Self-driving Travel #NewZealandQueenstown #Have Fun with Friends 🗓Itinerary Day1-Day2: Shanghai Pudong Airport→NewZealand Auckland Airport→Christchurch Relaxing trip, so basically no arrangement, just wandering around Christchurch, basking in the sun☀️☀️ Lots of water birds and ducklings --------------------------------------- 🗓Itinerary Day3: Self-driving→Christchurch Brunch→wandering→Lake Tekapo→passing by the best pie in New Zealand→stargazing at Lake Tekapo 🍽Food recommendations: Unknown Chapter (Christchurch Brunch) Unknown Chapter Coffee Roasters Fairlie Bakehouse (Legendary best pie in New Zealand) Fairlie Bakehouse 🌟Special attractions: Christchurch Cathedral-House in the Sky Lake Tekapo Stargazing at Lake Tekapo (the Milky Way is visible to the naked eye, touching) ----------------------------------------- 🗓Day 4 itinerary: Mount John→Drink coffee and daydream at the top of the mountain (Astro Cafe)→Lake Tekapo→Shepherd's Church Astro Cafe offers a panoramic view of the town and the snow-capped mountains and lakes. You can daydream for a while. The water of Lake Tekapo is clear and blue, and the snow-capped mountains and lakes are just very windy. Haha. The Shepherd's Church is right by the lake, a small stone building. Visit the souvenir shop in the evening, and stay in the B&B at night to light the fireplace and write postcards. *Note: Mount John charges a fee per car to go up the mountain, please note that only cash is accepted~ 🍽Recommended dining: Astro Cafe (Top of Mount John) Astro Café Dark Sky (Lake Tekapo) Dark Sky Diner 🌟Highlights: Lake Tekapo Shepherd's Church ----------------------------------------- 🗓Itinerary Day 5: Mount Cook Helicopter Flight Around the Snowy Mountains → Hooker Valley Track → Farm B&B The helicopter view of the snowy mountains is really shocking, and the color of the lake is really the aesthetics of nature. It is recommended to take the route along the lake for the valley trail. People with bad knees really can't afford it orz 🌟Highlights: Mount Cook (Air Safafirs) Hooker Valley Track ------------------------------------------ 🗓Itinerary Day 6: Farm Stroll→Highland Salmon Farm→Queenstown When I got up early and opened the window, I saw the snow-capped mountain scenery like an oil painting. I thought I could see a lot of small animals, but the farm only had sheep and cattle, Angus grain-fed beef hahaha. After that, I drove past the High Country Salmon Farm and had a portion of salmon sashimi, and there were also many ducklings. We arrived in Queenstown in the evening, and started eating meat for dinner~ 🍽Recommended dining: High Country Salmon High Country Salmon Flame Bar & GrillFlame Bar and Grill ---------------------------------------- 🗓Day 7 itinerary: Queenstown paragliding → Queenstown Zoo → Strolling around and eating I'm a little afraid of heights, but it's hard to refuse since I'm here. I really feel free when I jump off the snow mountain paragliding. My coach is an old man, and I suddenly understand and envy his love for life even though he's over 50 years old. The Queenstown Zoo is very small. I was quite happy to see KIWI. The room was dark, and it really looked like a kiwi with two legs forked. Hahaha 🍽Recommended dining: Fergburger Captain’s Steak & Seafood House 🌟Highlights: Queenstown Zoo --------------------------------------- 🗓Itinerary Day8-Day9: Queenstown Deer Park→Auckland Airport→Shanghai Pudong Airport Deer Park needs to be booked in advance. I had Lanzhou ramen in Queenstown for lunch. Hahaha, Chinese food is still the best. After eating white rice for so long, I was so moved after eating a mouthful of ramen! ! 🍽Recommended dining: Jinweide Lanzhou ramen 🌟Highlights: Deer Park
