Spagalimis Pizzeria

This is an Italian 🇮🇹 style pizza shop near Canterbury University. I often came here to enjoy it during college... Recently, due to some reasons, it has been temporarily closed...

The pizza is thin and has almost no edges. The thin pizza is full of stuffing. How can it not be delicious? It is a genuine Italian pizza, very delicious. The salmon pizza I ordered was absolutely amazing. The freshness and smoothness of the salmon blended with the stuffing and the pizza, and the taste was great. The lamb pizza ordered by my girlfriend was also said to be delicious. It is a very popular store. We went in to take a look when we saw it was crowded when we passed by. But we were told that we needed to make an appointment. Later, we communicated with the waiter and arranged two seats for us. Thank you very much. We each ordered a small pizza, about 14 SGD per serving, and asked for a bottle of local beer (330ml) for 10 SGD. We didn't order anything else. There are also pasta salads and desserts to choose from.

Overall a good Italian pizza place. I often ate here when I was in college. The lunch deals are good and the prices are reasonable. The pizzas here are usually quite generous.

The taste is better than other pizza restaurants in Christchurch, and the price is reasonable. The location is great, I recommend this restaurant.

My children wanted to go out for pizza and the place that we wanted to go was fully booked so we decided to head to Spags Riccarton on the off chance we would get a table - we struck it lucky! Place was very busy and staff seemed rushed off their feet - we got seated and our order was taken quickly. The time to receive our dinner was quite delayed however what we got was quite delicious. I must say I wasn't expecting too much based on past TA reviews here but I must admit I really enjoyed my Caesar Salad (with added crispy chicken) - dish was full of flavour and the bacon/chicken cooked to perfection. My kids meals were really nice as well and they finished everything. I wouldn't hesitate giving this restaurant another shot
