The restaurant looks like a garden, the environment is beautiful, and the food did not disappoint. The staff are also very enthusiastic

Absolutely wonderful dining experience ! The food was so scrumptious - the fish was the best fish meal I have ever eaten ! The steaks and the venison cooked to perfection - plate presentation superb - wow what an awesome chef ! Our waitress was so very attentive and the atmosphere great - thank you for a memorable evening out with our friends :-)

Always a great steak here, eaten here about 5 times. Always have steak (I have steak everytime I eat out if I can). Bit skimpy on the sauce so I always ask for a refill. Devil's Staircase pinot noir always served at a good temperature here also. Would recommend for any occasion.

A group of 6, 4 new to the restaurant and 2 regulars. We got off to a good start with a pre dinner drink in a warm and cosy bar area. We were taken through to our table right on our booked time and seated. A bit of a delay, not too bad, before our order was taken and our wine ordered. No wine arrived and after 20-30 minutes I went out to see what had happened. Our waiter was able to tell me exactly what I had ordered but offered no reason why it had not been delivered. Back to the table to await delivery! Then much to our surprise our entree's arrived . Our waitress, who hadn't taken the order, was very apologetic and promised to sort it out, The wine arrived soon after. The food was excellent all six of us were very pleased with what was put in front of us. After the main course was served we saw very little of anyone. No one offered desert or coffee so no one purchased. The restaurants loss!! If I was the chef I would be pretty upset. A great job in the kitchen spoilt by a less than acceptable performance by front of house staff. Perhaps it was a "bad hair night" I am happy to go back for the food and fingers crossed the service is back up to an acceptable level. think I will give them the benefit of the doubt and try again some time when back in town.
