What a wonderful friendly place to eat. The staff were fabulous and food was excellent. Lovely place to relax, have a drink and dinner.

Nice location being so close to the Tahuna beach. Easy going staff, very relaxing experience. We&apos;ve been twice now and definitely will be coming back.

If you are looking for a place to have a no nonsense appetising meal while enjoying the variety and quality of Nelson beer, I recommend you try the Tahuna Sprig and Fern. Our prosciutto pizza 🍕 with thin crust and generous serving of rocket lettuce was perfect for two. The kindness from the staff when I returned a low alcohol ale that disappointed in taste and requested a lemonade alternative sets the bar above the average. Add the vibe of a happy mixed crowd of all ages, warm evening sun setting over Tasman Bay, what more could you want?

I rarely comment on local food but will make an exception here. We had both the specials and the food was outstanding! Some of the best pub food I have had in Nelson

Surprised on a Friday

Love the sprig and fern.  Great food, excellent presentation, fantastic outdoor seating, great location and great drinks selection as well. The tacos are the best i have had anywhere.  the difficult decision is whether to choose lamb, chicken or jackfruit. The burgers are good, pizza great.  I also love the yorkshire pudding filled with mash and lamb on a winters day.   Ceviche, bangers and mash, loaded fries - just so much good food.

Fish and chips is one of the most common fast food in New Zealand. This typical fish and chips shop is located in the center of Neilson, South Island. The shop is small and the fish is fried right after it is bought. It tastes best when it is hot.

The interior decoration of this Boat She&#39;d Cafe really surprised me. It is very retro. The most important thing is that there is a classic car parked in the store. I heard that it is the owner&#39;s collection. Their coffee tastes very strong.
