TheForkUserWe attended the Elder to try their new tasting menu and wow!!! It exceeded all expectations and took a tasting menu to a whole new level. The food was phenomenal - taste wise and presentation. The flavours were beautifully thought-out. I opted for the rabbit and veal and the meat was cooked to perfection and again, outstanding flavours! We spoke to the owner, Mike who took the time to talk through the menu and where the produce and ideas came from - it was fabulous to know that even the honey came from his very own bees! The staff and chefs put their heart and soul into every aspect and into ensuring the overall experience is a good one! Gerda was a fabulous waitress - she spoke about the menu and wine pairing (which is highly recommended) with so much passion and was attentive and warm. The fish options looked equally as beautiful and we cannot wait to return to try! An absolute VALUE for money - it was worth every penny and more!

TheForkUserThe staff were lovely, the food was delicious and my kids and I had a lovely time. The air con however was a little cold but they turned it down when they realised.The seats need some TLC and it's not very pram friendly but the staff went over and above to make sure that we were as comfortable as possible.
