👉Recalling the summer when I traveled in Europe, I arrived in Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia. This is a capital city with countless sculptures. It was unexpected to eat American-made rice on the first day in Skopje.

🍀I checked on Happy Cow and found that there were only a few vegan restaurants in the city, but they were closed on Saturdays and Sundays. So I found this healthy fast food restaurant that provides vegetarian food.

🍀The waiter was a Macedonian-American, very humorous and talkative. The restaurant belonged to his friend, and he helped manage it here. The waiters and chefs were in charge.

1⃣Vegetarian big bowl of rice
I haven&#39;t eaten rice for a long time. When I saw the word &quot;rice&quot;, my eyes lit up. Although Americans can&#39;t make Chinese food taste, it is fresh and healthy.

2⃣Pancakes
Banana pancakes are pretty good. No matter the appearance or taste, it is a dessert I often order when I eat abroad.

3⃣Iced coffee
In summer travel, I like to drink iced coffee in addition to lemonade.

This meal was neither good nor bad. The cost was high in the local area, and the bill was equivalent to more than 60 yuan.
