We chose the 4 course as we don't like whale... every dish was delicious and the service was great. I loved that they used locally picked ingredients to enhance the taste of the dishes and each ingredient was explained in detail by the waiter. For a Michelin star restaurant, being able to walk in without booking 6 months in advance was a delight for someone from the UK. Yes it's expensive but worth it

空空CJPersonal experience - great food This is one of the rare times I say "amazing"! It's like visiting a private residence (which it is!). There was personal service and all six courses were Baltic... After three courses the kitchen guy came over to say hello... We were there for over three hours! You'll definitely see me at Statholdergaarden next time you're in Oslo!
