Sushime

Sushime on the first floor of Scandic Hotel is the first Japanese restaurant recommended by locals. It opens at 2pm. The chefs are two Asians, a bit like Koreans. I have eaten at another sushi restaurant before, and the price is more expensive than here. The main set meal here is 179 Norwegian kroner for 26 pieces of sushi, which includes two pieces of salmon sushi and 3 flavors of roll sushi that guests can choose (8 pieces for each flavor). I saw many foreign girls eating a 26-piece set, which is amazing. We also added salmon sashimi, scallop sashimi that is better than salmon, white jade pork and tuna red sashimi. The ingredients are very fresh and the sushi tastes good. It is cheaper and more delicious than the other one. 4 people ate 600 Norwegian kroner and gave an extra 40 tip. In Norwegian restaurants, tips are required according to the quality of service. If you pay by credit card, the merchant will tell you the meal price. Guests add tips according to their own wishes and pay the restaurant by credit card according to the total amount.

The food in this restaurant is pretty good, the ingredients are relatively fresh, and it is a high-end restaurant with a lot of style.

The future of sushi is actually quite tough. Even small supermarkets sell it.
