Norma

Thank you very much for the two wonderful meals in your restaurant. We became aware of Norma through the Michelin guide. A first visit for lunch offered us aromatic, very fresh and imaginative dishes in a wonderful ambience. The flavors and ideas of the recipes and the concept of Norma inspired us.We were so impressed that we tried the large tasting menu again two days later. We were also impressed the second time. The menu was changed for us by the very flexible service and the kitchen, so that we were not served dishes that we had already eaten on our first visit.The service is also very attentive and we were looked after very well, as if we were good friends. Miguel Marques, head chef since March 2025, and his team are truly sensational in the way they play with the flavors, whether fish, meat or dessert. I think, when there are just two thoughts in your head - 'I can't stop enjoying the taste!' and 'How they did it?' - the restaurant is great for sure. :)

Norma is a unique and special culinary experience. The team is passionate about being exceptional and original. They never cease to surprise with unusual combinations that create new revelations. They are consummate restauranteurs committed to excellence. Highly recommended.

The flavours were lovely, even though the presentation and portions were a bit subpar. If you're going to be so fiddly with all the elements on the plate, then you need to either give me enough of them to enjoy or create a truly remarkable experience. Still quite enjoyable, but just shy of full marks.

What a surprise! We really enjoyed the experience to have dinner at Norma, especially the 7-course menu with pairing wines. And our waiter João (the one with the curls), well, what an example of how a waiter should be. Totally recommended!
