Agua Salgada Petisqueira

A fabulous seafood restaurant with fresh produce and lovely staff. We had crab, octopus salad, prawns and pork and clams. All were delicious! Fresh and well presented. Casual and friendly and great value for money. Oh, and the sangria was great and a good wine selection. Such a lovely lunch and our guests were impressed!

We would never have found this restaurant if not for tripadvisor, since it is not in the tourist trap area of Tavira, but right next to the Mercado, the staff is absolutely wonderful, a lady with a nice snd witty disposition and very welcoming, food was excellent and nicely presented, we got 30 % off because we reserved with The Fork, but even at full price it would have been very reasonable, we are certainly going back there

This place is the real deal. We were greeted warmly, the 50% deal is for all but a few large fish platters and the wine menu is varied. Great clams, razors etc and delicious fish cataplana. Excellent service with a smile. Take the walk and you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic value with the 50% off via the fork. Just over 30 euros for covert main wine and coffee. Unbeatable value. Swordfish and salmon mains excellent. What annoyed me was previous reviews obviously don’t read things!! Certain courses are not included in the fork 50% off so read the small print!!!!! Don’t moan afterwards because you don’t read!!! Great value great service great food. Thanks.
