As soon as I entered the store, I saw the pizza guy in the pizza making area at the end. Hmm? Isn't this the head pizza chef of Standard Serious Pizza? I ran to greet the guy happily, and he smiled and said that this Futura is his own pizza restaurant. Congratulations! The menu has snacks, pizzas and salads to choose from. 8 pizzas + 1 daily pizza. I plan to invite all my Italian friends there when I go back to Berlin with Hu Zi next time, so that we can have all the flavors! There is a vegan pizza, and the combination of vegetables looks good. Thank God, vegan cheese is not used (I have eaten vegan cheese in another vegan pizza restaurant before, and the flavor and taste are mysterious and strange...). - Margherita Futura: San Marzano tomatoes with buffalo milk mozzarella and provolone cheese, a stronger cheese taste, sweet and sour flavor with a hint of basil leaves. The starter biga is prepared by the pizza guy's own recipe. It is fermented for more than 30 hours and is light and not heavy.
