Solid food, no complaints there. Wine list is decent too. Place is a bit dated though, could use a refresh. Still, a good spot for a quick, quality bite.

The grilled fish was fresh, really fresh. I asked for extra greens on the side and they didn't mind at all. Sitting by the window, watching the golfers while eating, felt quite peaceful. Service was quick too, no waiting around. Just wish the portion was a bit bigger for the price.

Been coming here for a while now. The pony rides still keep the kids busy every single time. Food's fine, nothing fancy, but that garden setting does it for me. Flies can get annoying outside though.

Stopped in for a late lunch and grabbed the margherita. Dough had that nice chew, not too thick, and the sauce tasted fresh. House chardonnay was decent with it too. Place was quiet around 2pm so service was quick. Would go back if I'm in the area again.

Stopped in for a steak and honestly the ribeye did the job. Bone marrow mash on the side was the real winner though. Place had a decent buzz, not too loud. Service was quick and friendly. Only thing is it's not cheap, but you get what you pay for I guess. Solid if you're in the mood for red meat.

Came for breakfast around 8:30, place was quiet and easy. Coffee was solid, not too bitter. The eggs were fresh, you can tell they don't pre-make everything. Prices felt fair for the portion. Only thing, the toast came out a bit cold, but honestly not a big deal. I'd pop in again if I'm in the area.

Lovely spot for a lazy afternoon. Music was at the right volume, not blasting. Manager Neo came by for a chat, decent bloke. Stayed way longer than planned.

The wine pairing evening was the highlight - creative dishes, mostly on point. Staff really tried with the vegan options.

Stopped by for a quick dinner last week. Yeah it's not cheap, but the ingredients taste fresh and portions are fair for the price. Had a cocktail too, properly made, not watered down. Place was busy but service kept up alright. Solid spot if you're in the area and don't mind spending a bit more.

Came here on a busy Saturday night with a few mates. Staff actually checked in on us a couple times, even the manager stopped by. That was decent. Food was fine, nothing crazy but the vibe was chill enough to hang around for a while. Wouldn't mind going back if I'm in the area again.

The garden seating is lovely—shaded and quiet, perfect for a slow lunch. Food was decent for the price, and that mint tea really hit the spot. 🌿

The Veg OldSkool burger was surprisingly decent — saucy but not soggy, and the texture was spot on. Shoelace fries were a solid side too. Food came out hot in under 10 mins, which is always a win 🙌

Been here a few times now. Food's always solid and the staff actually remember you. Portion sizes are decent for what you pay. My regular spot in Pretoria for sure.

The tree with all those little lights is so pretty at night. Food was tasty, service friendly. Just wish it wasn't quite so loud by the time we left.

The chicken was properly juicy and those fries had the right crunch. Chilli & garlic focaccia was a solid pick too. Quiet little corner at Menlyn for lunch 🌿

The grilled supremo was solid and the breakfast deal is decent if you're counting carbs. Portion felt a bit small for the price though.

Been coming here for a while now. The Monster pizza still hits the spot—loads of toppings, cooked just right. Service was a bit slow this time, but the waiter kept us posted.

The ribs were properly done, tender and full of flavour. I had the breakfast special with the filter coffee mug, that was a solid choice too. Place was comfortable enough to sit and take my time. Service was friendly without hovering. Only thing, it got a bit busy later on, but nothing to complain about really.

Stopped by for a quick dinner and ordered the vegan curry. Honestly wasn't expecting much, but it had real flavour. Chef even came out to check if everything was alright. Place was a bit busy so service was slow, but the food made up for it. Will probably come back when I'm in the area again.

Came here on a Saturday night with some friends. Music was loud but good, crowd was buzzing. Bartender remembered my usual drink which I thought was pretty cool. Only downside is it gets packed and you gotta wait a bit to get served. But for a night out, it does the job.

The springbok carpaccio was the standout for me — generous portion and properly tasty. I went for the fillet with bone marrow too, which was solid, though I wish the marrow had been a bit more generous. For the quality you're getting, the price felt fair. Wouldn't mind going back to try more of the menu.

The wagyu smash burger was properly juicy and the patty tasted fresh. Generous portion too. Peanut butter milkshake was a nice surprise on the side.

Tebogo at the counter made the whole visit tbh. Food was okay but that service stood out. Wish the line moved faster though.

Food was solid and the vibe was chill. Staff didn't hover, which I appreciated. Good spot if you just wanna eat without the fuss.

Came in for a quick bite and honestly the pastries are the reason I’d come back. Staff were friendly, manager was walking around checking on everyone which felt nice. Food was solid for a casual spot. Nothing fancy but it hit the spot.

The chicken was properly seasoned and juicy. Won a little lucky draw on the way out which was a fun surprise. Solid spot for a quick bite before heading home.

Birthday crew had a proper laugh here 🎉 staff made it fun, even the spice-worried mate was keen to come back.

Had the Klein Karoo breakfast and pumpkin fritters. Portions were generous, ingredients tasted fresh. Prices felt fair for what you get. Service was polite, nothing pushy. Only thing—it got a bit busy around mid-morning, so we waited a little longer for the bill. But overall a comfortable stop.
