TheForkUserOwner managed (8 generations!) property and restaurant. Amazing attention to detail. Service was impeccable, menu was creative and food execution was very good. David, who is the owner was happy to accommodate special requests and offered great ideas on how to execute them. The Syrah from own vineyard was a nice wine to accommodate our lunch. The atmosphere was special. We loved it. The next visit to the restaurant will include a stay at the amazing rooms.

TheForkUserOur trip to Cortona started with the most Memorable dinning experience we had all weekend. Organika (Francisco and his team) delivered 10/10 on all aspects. from when we arrived after a delightful sunset stroll down the hill from the town Centre. We were greeted immediately and taken to our outside table and our experience began. some light cocktails and delicious breads and oils followed by 4 excellent dishes with paired wines to match generous servings made it more special as sometimes wine pairing can leave you wanting a few sips more. the ambience was just what we expected, a large table next to us seemed to be having an equally amazing evening, We overheard one lady say that it was the best meal of her life and how could Tuscany do better. at the end of the evening Francisco came to ask our feedback and we couldn't praise his dedication and teams efforts throughout the evening any more .Well done I cant wait for my next trip to Cortona and to dine again in Organika.

TheForkUserSecond time at Bifrons! Excellent!! We wanted to eat a nice local Florentine steak and so it was! Recommended by the griller a nice Florentine steak and a Chianina rib eye (both perfect!!! The best we ate!!) before the meat we had some appetizers, all delicious! The liver skewers delicious!!! The beers are all excellent! We also tried the distillate and the beer bitter that was offered to us (in my opinion I prefer the bitter, the distillate has a taste similar to whiskey) Everything was perfect, even the price! With all the appetizers and the meat, for 4 people it was less than €200, excellent quality, compliments to the managers who keep an eye on the quality!
