A wide range of classic but especially gourmet pizzas, at very competitive prices (except for the "Iberian" one justified by the presence of a prized pata negra that is absolutely worth trying), with a very light, digestible and just the right amount of crunchy dough (especially the base that does not crumble or become rubbery), a not very high edge and just the right amount of alveolation. The ingredients used are excellent (also try the "affumicata di Norcia" with a high quality ham). The list of craft beers is limited, but still suitable for satisfying enthusiasts without many demands. Very kind and helpful staff, attentive to the needs of the tables but very discreet. Absolutely recommended.
