La Perla means "pearl" in Spanish. It is colorful and faces the sea, but it is a real slum. After the divine song "Despacito" was filmed here, La Perla became a popular place for tourists from all over the world to check in. There should be background music here [wink] Recommended restaurant La Garita Yaz It is a bit like the sunset cafe in Itaewon, Seoul. There is a super beautiful Atlantic coast outside the window. Des-pa-Cito~ In Puerto Rico, everything can be done slowly...

I wanted to go to V Island but I misread the ferry time and it was too early. I found this restaurant before I had breakfast. The owner is a kind lady, and many fruits and vegetables are grown by them. The scenery is also very nice.

This is my second day in Puerto Rico. After a whole day of hard work and only three or four hours of sleep last night, I should have fallen asleep as soon as I lay down on the bed last night. But because the scenery of the bio bay was so great, I still took a while to relax before falling asleep. It was already eight or nine o'clock when I woke up in the morning, and the sun was high enough to sunbathe my butt. I saw that there was a black sand beach on V Island on the map, so I planned to go and see it in the morning. I packed up and prepared to set off, with a cool lower body equipment. At first, I planned to walk along the road, which was about 2-3km. But I changed my mind after I went out, because the sea here was so beautiful! I immediately decided to walk along the beach, even though this beach was not a beach but all kinds of strange rocks. It seems that I chose the right place yesterday. It was great to be in the sea when I went out, and it was such a beautiful Caribbean Sea. Going along the coastline, I basically didn't meet anyone on the road, probably because it was off-season. I was happy to be alone at the beach, shouting, laughing and jumping, feeling free, feeling like flying. This area has not been cultivated much, there are no people and no business, you can really sunbathe and swim naked. (It's a pity that I'm a little afraid of water and don't dare to swim alone) Because the hostel needs to check out before 11 o'clock, I was ready to go back at about 10:30. The free time was beautiful and short. Although my original goal was the black sand beach, I didn't feel any regrets. My clothes were all wet and covered with sand, but I felt very comfortable. Haha, it was almost noon, I went back to take a shower (to be precise, I took a shower, because there was only cold water here, it seems that several youth hostels I stayed in were like this), and then I took my luggage and prepared to leave. I asked the front desk how to get to the pier, and the answer was: "If you are lucky, you can meet guagua, or you can just take a taxi." Well, PR is a good place to test your character. Believe in yourself, people who love to laugh will not have too bad luck, and smile to yourself silently. In order to make up for the regret of not eating bananas last night, I went straight to this restaurant when I went out. Whether I was lucky or not, I had to fill my stomach first. I saw that this paella (Spanish seafood risotto) is good on the Internet and is more suitable for Chinese stomachs. I was ready to try it, so I ordered a paella and a bottle of Nana (what a strange name, it's the Mexican corona), and sat there in a daze. To be honest, I really don't like the waiters in this store. They are too enthusiastic to attract customers and shout at the door. It feels like they are just greeting for business, not for greeting. (They speak English so well and clearly, they should not be locals). It turns out that I was right. When I checked out, there were two tips (tip and gratuity) on the bill. Fortunately, I just looked up this word a few days ago. I guess many people would just give double tips if they don't know it. After I left, I checked this store on Google and found that some people really said that they charge double tips for Chinese people. At this moment, I was really a little angry and even regretted giving tips! What an unscrupulous business.
