Entering from the front, you instantly travel through a century... The waiter was very enthusiastic. The seven dishes we ordered were called "Closed Eyes Taste Journey" and were exquisitely presented. The taste of each dish was a little surprise. The tableware was all made of silver, and a set of tableware was changed for each dish. Appetizers, caviar, piglet, buffalo, all delicious... plus desserts, 10 dishes, more than two hours... TA用户I was surprised that this was an impulsive choice, mainly due to the fact that the wait staff were the friendliest people I met in Rome. They were helpful and interested when I asked questions and commented on the food or wine, despite my horrible attempts in Italy. The food itself was a work of art, the fish gnocchi and spinach soup (honestly, I know it sounds weird, but it tasted great) were gorgeously presented and served with warm smiles. The Chianti was served by the glass perfectly and at the right temperature. With the help of the staff I ordered dessert which was also a surprise, generous and had great taste and texture. The total for 2 courses, wine, water, bread, starters was €38.
