摆渡修行Each dish of the night was neatly printed on paper, with the bunch of weeds at the beginning. The handwritten thank you from Chef Connaughton and his wife was different every time. The tomato version of apple candy made with cherry tomatoes in the middle of the season was used as an appetizer. Crisp and thin sugar coating, sweet and sour cherry tomatoes, a few flake salts, and a rose geranium leaf. One bite, full of spring and summer.
The inspiration came from Chef Sugoka's childhood memories of festivals and apple candy.
The memories that foreigners like me said did not exist have increased.
The last dish at the end was called "Looks edible but not edible", which was a soap made of rose geranium. Mr. Sugoka said that he hoped that the guests would take the same fragrance as the first dish home, and when they use it, they can recall the beginning of this night.
