wingleeRecently I heard that the Yincheng Chinese Restaurant at Conrad Hotel Shenzhen has a new menu‼ ️As a foodie who loves Chaoshan cuisine, of course I have to arrange it as soon as possible~😜This new dish perfectly combines Chaoshan tradition and modern craftsmanship, which not only retains the original taste of the ingredients, but also allows people to feel a different kind of creativity and warmth😎 🍽️Recommended must-order dishes, each with highlights: ▪️Salt and pepper dried sandworms-crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, so fragrant that people don’t want to stop eating! ▪️Chaozhou style pickled small green lobsters——Chef Ou pours sauce on the spot, the fresh and fragrant lobster meat is firm and chewy, and every bite is full of happiness ▪️Watercress and almond stewed with aged kidney——A sweet and soothing soup, it is so comfortable to drink in winter🥳 ▪️Clear soup with radish and beef brisket——The radish absorbs the broth of the beef brisket, and it is fresh, fragrant and soft, which warms the heart directly ▪️Steamed white fish with ginger——The fish meat is very tender, and the fragrance of shredded ginger makes the whole dish lingering ▪️Chaozhou yellow sprout boiled tomato——A dish with moderate sweet and sour taste and particularly refreshing, simple but very attractive ▪️Sea cucumber mapo tofu risotto——This staple food is simply irresistible, spicy and fragrant, tofu is smooth, every bite is a pleasure! ▪️Golden Ear Kudzu Rice Stewed with Rock Sugar Pear - Finish with this dessert, refreshing and refreshing, making the whole meal a perfect end❤️ As the Spring Festival approaches, this taste feast really makes people look forward to the New Year's Eve dinner more🥰If you also want to reward yourself or your relatives and friends before the New Year, you might as well try Yincheng, maybe you can find new inspiration for the New Year's Eve dinner menu~ #美食旬味会 #我的深夜食堂 #美食林餐厅打卡

451881 Chinese Restaurant - Grand Hyatt Shenzhen

AU$61Beijing Cuisine
饭醉分子闫涛In general, the hotel's restaurant is still a combination of Chinese and Western food plus buffet, but this Grand Hyatt actually has 8 restaurants. No wonder Peter, President of Escoffier Greater China, is in charge. The restaurant I experienced is called 1881. The main signature feature is the combination of Beijing and Sichuan. It is a bit like "Beijing Sichuan Office", but in fact, the standard of Sichuan cuisine in Beijing is very high. At the beginning of the founding of the People's Republic of China, a large number of revolutionaries were born in spicy areas, so a large number of excellent chefs were transferred from Sichuan to Beijing. Over time, Sichuan cuisine in Beijing has become a force that cannot be underestimated. But I thought too much. This restaurant is just a Sichuan restaurant that integrates Beijing roast duck. The appearance of Beijing roast duck may be the legendary Feng Shui saying of "there is roast duck and rice star"! Chef Hu of the restaurant is a native Sichuanese, and the Sichuan cuisine at noon tastes authentic. As a loyal fan of Sichuan cuisine, I can't help but give a thumbs up to the Sichuan cuisine in a foreign-funded hotel in a new immigrant city like Shenzhen. The chef's soft-fried bamboo shoot fish is very good, and the cold dishes are also very well seasoned. It made me change the stale impression that Sichuan cuisine belongs to "seeking the lost etiquette in the wild". It seems that Hyatt Hotels, which is known for its catering industry, is "more exciting with Peter"! But why is the restaurant named 1881? I thought it was a special year, such as the founding of a restaurant or hotel group, but in fact, the hotel group is not so old, and China does not have such an old catering brand. The public relations lady said that this is just a convention of using street sign numbers as restaurant names. In fact, there were quite a lot of things that happened in 1881. Both US President Garfield and Russian Tsar Alexander II were stabbed, so it was a year that was not conducive to the king. Lu Xun and Picasso were both born in this year, so this number is conducive to a strong literary tone. This may be me thinking too much!
