Bratislava Flag Ship Restaurant

I found a Slovak-style restaurant in Bratislava, which is located in the center of Bratislava, close to the Slovak National Uprising Square. The restaurant environment is not bad, the dishes are not small, and the overall price-performance ratio is much better than that of neighboring Vienna and Budapest. However, the overall taste is not very good. Since I only had one meal, I can't tell whether the taste of this restaurant is average or Slovak cuisine itself lacks highlights.

First of all, the price is fair, much more cost-effective than UFO, the dishes are large, two people eat together for about 40 euros. The environment is good, it is noisy downstairs, and it is quieter upstairs. The menu is in Chinese. There are many special dishes here, such as pork ribs and fish soup, which are all delicious~

The recommended reviews are good, so I went to try it on the first day in Bratislava. The ribs are said to be a must-order dish, with four pieces in total, a lot of meat, good taste, tender meat, and the vegetables are not tasty. I thought there were few vegetables, so I added a portion of sour cabbage, but it turned out to be a big mistake. Because the sour cabbage was so sour, I couldn't even eat the part that was served with the ribs, let alone the extra ones. The famous beef, pork and potato soup is not bad, but it is not as good as I imagined. The bread bowl cheese garlic soup, the cheese is super thick, the bread is a bit sour, and the bread is said to be home-made, so dry! I finished the soup and couldn't swallow the bread. The overall taste of the dishes is good, but the appearance is a mess, and the photos taken are all black. The environment of the store is super good. There are two levels and a large stall. Many foreigners come to eat in groups of ten. The most famous homemade beer in the store.

I went there as soon as I got there because I saw good reviews on Ctrip. It's easy to find, there's a supermarket next door, and the environment is pretty good. But I really waited a long time for the food to be served T_T I waited for more than 40 minutes, which is the longest time I've waited in a foreign restaurant. It didn't come one by one, but all at once (*/∇＼*) I ordered a pork elbow (I regretted not eating it in Prague, so I ordered it here). Although it's really big, 1300g, probably 1000g is meat, but it's really not delicious, the skin is a bit greasy, and the meat is a bit dry. I also ordered a small rice, which is very special. The signature soup is very delicious, with potatoes, sausages, sauerkraut, etc., which is highly recommended! Two girls ate 26.5 euros, and we didn't finish it in the end and packed it up.
