We tried several times to squeeze through the door but were happy to say we did, the food and drinks were excellent and the service was really funny. Without a doubt this is my favourite place in Barcelona or any other city. There is a good selection of tapas and you can ask the waiter to recommend what to eat in the evening. We needed a break after leaving the Picasso Museum. We stopped here and were very satisfied. The calamari and anchovies were delicious. The beer was good and the welcome was friendly. This is an old fashioned tapas bar and well worth a visit.
El Xampanyet restaurant, a tapas restaurant recommended by the landlord, right next to the Picasso Museum, the taste is really authentic, the beer is especially delicious, super awesome [good][love you]
The Picasso Museum is in a very narrow alley. Along the way, there are many small restaurants of different styles for tourists to take a break. The food is more traditional Spanish, and the paella is a bit salty, but everything else is pretty standard!
I wandered around in the alleys of the old town before I found a delicious steak. Although it is not a recommended staple food, the beef is very fragrant. The steak is fried on the outside and tender on the inside. It is also golden and crispy when paired with French fries.
