Excellent restaurant. The amuses at the kitchen start a great food experience. The dishes show creativity and taste, with great pairings. Atmosphere was excellent, as was the service. Definitely worth the star that they have.

An unbeatable Almería gastronomic experience if you want to experience the culinary soul of our land, masterfully interpreted by chef José Álvarez. Don't hesitate to elevate it even further with the conscientious pairing by sommelier Paco Freniche. This is the third time I've enjoyed it, and I continue to be surprised. The dark entrance is disconcerting, a counterpoint to the brilliant cooking. The entire experience is generous in its quality throughout, and yet it still felt short. We'll be back soon, eager to try their "greenhouse."

It is a 1 Michelin star. When one has been to different restaurants of this type, one can compare, since they are all expensive (in this case around 150 euros, without wine). The quality received (original dishes, with very special flavours) in exchange for that cost seemed reasonable to me. Perhaps the service at the table should improve. The comments on each dish were somewhat poor, and difficult to understand. It seemed like a learned script, with too much rigidity. Very often the cooking processes are commented on with words that the diner does not understand. One would appreciate an explanation in accordance with the person receiving that explanation.

This is the third time we have come and it won't be the last... as always, they outdo themselves every year. What I can say is not enough, as being in this restaurant is about enjoying the food, which is excellent, the treatment of the staff is spectacular, feeling comfortable and enjoying the quality of the dishes they offer us, there are no words to describe it, it is solved by trying it because they do not disappoint, the pairing goes without saying... their wines are incredible and where we enjoyed ourselves is in the professionalism of the sommelier with his explanations of each wine or liquor, it is my personal opinion of a person who enjoys the good work and professionalism of the people who understand this restaurant, a special mention for the person who explained the starters to us in the kitchen, an experience not to be missed, everything is incredible... in Catalonia we have great restaurants but this one has nothing to envy them... keep it up!! and thank you for the great culinary experience you provide us. Good job!!
