Very good, ask for the rebozuelos!

La Trastienda is a safe bet: we really liked all the food we tried. The service was very friendly and attentive. The place is cozy and the decor is original: the paintings are made from wine bottle corks. I recommend you go; you won't regret it.

A peaceful atmosphere, magnificent service, and delicious food. Whenever we visit Barbastro from Valencia, we go there for lunch or dinner. A must-visit.

Quiet and elegant atmosphere. Extensive wine list thanks to which we found one of those wonders that you find from time to time: 12 lunas. A Wagyu carpaccio with tremendous flavour. Some boletus with less flavour despite being in season, a lamb and some lamb ribs that were much larger than usual. Both very tasty. And good coffee. I drink it without sugar and I really appreciate that it is good and in the right amount for an espresso. Excellent choice for any occasion.

This is not the first time I've been to this restaurant, nor will it be the last. I really like the dishes they offer, the service is very attentive and the atmosphere is welcoming. I've never been disappointed by anything I've eaten at La Trastienda; on the contrary, I'm always surprised by their gastronomic offerings. I highly recommend it!
