What travelers say:
The food is abundant but not up to my expectations. The Canarias soup was really nice, very tasty. We also had a grilled fish but the fish was not grilled at all. Instead it was swimming in garlic butter and quite salty which ruined the meal. the potatoes served with it were also very salty which didn't improve the experience. On the positive side the bread was good and the house white wine was vet good (light and fruity). The staff is also very friendly. All in all not too bad but not what we were expecting after reading other reviews. At least you are not working out with hunger or broke!

Nice little restaurant in the center of Icod. The cuisine is local and the portions are huge. The staff is generally very friendly. However, we were in an organised tour, which suggested we should have eaten there. We were not forced, so we looked for options in the fork app and we saw this with 30% discount, so we booked and decided to go there in the end. After the meal, the owner told us in a really rude way that we were not entitled to the discount because we were part of the tour. While we could vaguely understand his point of view, we suggest not to offer the discount if you are not ready to give to us. In any case, that’s not the appropriate way to treat clients. I’m still giving 5.5 because the staff and the portions are remarkable but please avoid dealing with the owner if you want to have a good experience.
The Canarios are super nice and cheerful. We ordered some corn as a starter and it was the most delicious dish we tried in Tenerife without a doubt. It also has a very good location because it is close to the Casa del Platano and the Museo de Drago Milenario. Highly recommended 😊
Quality Canarian food. The Canarian stew is exquisite. The staff is very professional, fast and very friendly. Special congratulations to the waiter Cristo, who was extremely attentive to my husband and me. Totally recommended.
We ate very well, the quality and price were great and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Whenever we come to Tenerife we spend one of the days eating here. We love it.
