Las palmeras.

Similar to all the seafood restaurants in Pedragalejo / El Palo, but this one is my preferred spot thanks to the great service and consistent quality fish.

The fish was of excellent quality and the service was very fast. We had espetos (fish skewers), anchovies with lemon, tomato salad with tuna belly, and fine conch.

The food was very good. Everything was fresh and well prepared. The staff did their best, but they seemed overwhelmed. There were some waits, especially at checkout, which was frustrating. The restaurant's location was fantastic, with beautiful views.
