Zoco del Mar

As always the freshly made food and presentation in Zoco del Mar was excellent. We really like this Restaurant for the highest food quality, THANK YOU VERY MUCH for the Owner and the Team for the beautiful dinning experience. Looking forward for the next time.

The restaurant provided a minibus service from town up the hill, forbiddingly steep and very warm in the early afternoon sun, to a splendid terrace dining area with magnificent panoramic views over Aguilas and the bay. We were greeted by friendly staff and treated to high quality food including imaginative starters and sumptuous helpings of prime fish. Altogether a delightful experience.

Initial service was very slow, we waited about 15 minutes before asking what we would like to drink. They advertised a €15 menu del dia, but we were given the al la carte menu initially. We asked for a menu del dia, and waited about another 10 minutes it was read out from a note book. However the food, when we got it, was excellent.

The free bus service took 50 mins to arrive making us late for the reservation. There is little or no vegetarian options, the menu is very sparse. The waitresses are very friendly except one who was very rude. Other then that the views are amazing.
