First time in this 1 star Michelin and was a really good experience.Waiter was very instructive and nice and food was really good.100% recommendable.

We had the tasting menu in the indoor dining room, which isn't very large. There's also a covered outdoor terrace. The dishes were very tasty, although I found the last meat dish and the last dessert to be quite substantial. You don't leave hungry—quite the opposite. Excellent service with explanations of the dishes and no surprises.

We traveled to Palencia specifically to eat at this restaurant based on recommendations. The service was unbeatable. We had the tasting menu. They gave us an introduction to the menu and then explained each dish and the best way to enjoy it. This was very much appreciated. All the dishes were beautifully prepared and presented. We loved it. Highly recommended. We will definitely return. We would also like to try the greenhouse.

This place has a dedicated space at the back of the establishment for its culinary offerings, with a fairly extensive menu (especially the main courses, which are generously sized). The service is attentive and professional.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful dining experience! We'll be back to try new dishes because it's worth it. The food was exquisite and the service excellent!
