Hello. We didn't choose the tasting menu because it seemed like too much today, but the chef seemed to have listened to us. He suggested an ideal summer menu: ajoblanco with shrimp tartar, salmon tartar cannelloni, aged tuna belly ham, and a coffee dessert that we loved.

Delighted is an understatement! Spectacular and friendly service, fabulous and surprising food, different and original dishes with top-quality products and at the same time a mix of traditional ingredients. We could go on and on for a long time. Totally recommendable!
