The dinner was exquisite. 
First they served us some pickled mussels with a very delicious emulsified sauce as an appetizer. 
We ordered some squid croquettes in their ink with piquillo pepper aioli as a starter, which were delicious. Then we had grilled sole and turbot with al dente vegetables and sliced ​​fried potatoes. Fabulous. 
To finish off, the best cheesecake I have ever eaten. Spectacular. 
All accompanied by an excellent Godello. 
The service was unbeatable. 
The chef came out when we were leaving to ask if we liked everything. Very attentive.
