They sell the idea of eating like in the middle ages and the forks, knifes and ambient is made like this. The foot is rather an disappointment - sound interesting but is very much standard foot what you can get somewhere else for half of the price. Overall I would not go there a second time.

Medieval setting and a really pleasant welcome, impeccable service and cuisine, this is the second time I've been there and I'm always very happy, I highly recommend it.

If you want to travel back in time gastronomically, a little trip back to the Middle Ages with traditional dishes and drinks (beers, ciders, hippocras, perry), this is the place to be.
