The primi piatti featured pappardelle al ragù d’agnello, slow-cooked for 72 hours—absolutely unmatched in depth and tenderness. The souris d’agneau and manzo were both cooked to perfection, each bite bursting with flavor.To end on a high note, the mini babas au limoncello were simply divine—light, moist, and full of citrusy delight.The service was impeccable, exuding Italian warmth and effortless hospitality. Best traditional Roman carbonara outside of Rome I’ve had yet. It was just far too hot inside, but to be fair, there was a heat wave the week I went. Fantastic.
