La Maison du Prussien

Some interesting dishes and some others that were not quite working for me. Just personal taste, not being a fan of mousse

The place is charming, so nice. The presentation of the dishes is tempting. The meal is succulent, the meat super tender. And the price really reasonable.

Always a pleasure to return to the Prussian and always a successful and succulent meal. Bold flavor combinations, festival of colors, professional and attentive service, magnificent setting.

Excellent restaurant of a very high standard. Very impressive environment in the middle of Neuchâtel, in a green setting and cool in summer. The price remains very high, but the quality is there.

We were there for a birthday dinner. The food was excellent and creative, and the service was extremely friendly and attentive. We would love to come back.
