There are two main reasons why I was deeply attracted to this hotel:
First, this hotel occupies a very advantageous geographical location to view Lake Thun and the mountains on the other side of the lake. When the weather is good, you can see the Jungfrau just by looking out from the balcony;
The second and more important reason is that the owner of this hotel, who is also the chef of this hotel, cooks delicious dishes. Imagine that you can enjoy a hearty classic Swiss dish and hot cheese hot pot at any time on this snow-capped mountain, and your life is simply complete because of this.
The snowflakes outside the window seemed to be floating non-stop, so I went back to the room to fix it in the afternoon.
The room is very large, simple and clean, and very Swiss. After living in Paris for a week, I was at a loss when I saw such an empty room when I moved to Switzerland! Because we also stored a large luggage in Paris before leaving, the room was large and the luggage was small, so two people could dance in the room. I arrived in Switzerland wearing only single clothes that day, and hurriedly found the thickest coat in the luggage, and took out all the base shirts, leggings, and down vests. But the coat still needs to look good! On such a gloomy snowy day, of course we need candy colors to liven up the atmosphere.

Riviera by Elio is the restaurant of Hotel Riviera, located in a beautiful building called Spiezerbucht, at the BLS pier. Hotel Riviera&#39;s private pier and private boats are also here and can be booked by guests.

As the restaurant is located in a no-parking zone, except for people with mobility problems, vehicles need to be parked in a parking lot not far away, and then walk to the restaurant in 5 minutes.

In addition to authentic Italian food and beautiful lakeside views, dining here can also feel the Italian elegance from the architecture and service.

Since we arrived too late and missed the dinner time, there were not many choices on the late afternoon menu (1:30pm-5:30pm)... In addition to salad, pasta and pizza, there was only Swedish fish.

The restaurant charges a moderate price, the pizza and salad taste good, and the salad can be served with French or Italian sauce. If you want to taste seasonal dishes, creative appetizers, more kinds of fish and pasta, special barbecue, etc., you can only wait until dinner time.

Except for us who were eating a lot, the rest of the guests were leisurely sipping wine and spending the afternoon...
