The DJ read everyone's mind really well and the dance floor was packed all night, it was a meal everyone looked forward to and by the end we didn't want to go back.

It has a rich carbon flavor but not too much. The mushrooms are very thick. In comparison, the duck leg meat is not so outstanding. It seems that there is no other taste except salt and pepper, which can't cover the smell of duck. However, the meat is very tender. It falls apart when the knife cuts it, and it melts in your mouth without chewing...
