The Ambience is great, Staff welcoming from the front desk to the dinning services, and they are willing to assist and serve. It's a good place to eat and relax
Interesting that The Fork asks for a review as we did book a meal through this App but on arrival at the hotel at 8:40pm we were told the kitchen closed at 9pm …even though our meal was booked for 9pm!! Not sure who is responsible for the App taking a booking when restaurant wasn’t open 🤔🙄
The waitress was very kind and helpful. Food unfortunately wasn’t anything special but nice to get the 50% off. Thank you for the dinner, great that it’s in the centre of Glasgow.
The service was very good and welcoming. Even the chef came out to ask if we enjoyed the food.
