Shendish Manor

The staff were very welcoming, the room was lovely although the view was disappointing we were over looking the golf car park and found it noisy especially in the morning they were arriving at 6am , the hole experience was lovely I would go again but not in that room (35) ,

As we were staying for one night at the Manor it made sense to eat there that evening. We only wanted one course (after indulging in an afternoon buffet) and the food was excellent. Our party of four ordered three chicken breast and one burger. It was noticed how polite, friendly and professional the staff throughout the hotel were - easily a good recommendation and a backbone of any such establishment.

Forgot Shendish was there. Nice atmosphere, really friendly staff. Lovely restaurant area overlooking gardens, very bright, lots of floor to ceiling windows.Just a nice pleasant experience on a wet rainy day. Little raspberry mousse cakes were lovely, along with the little apple crumbles and chocolate stack. Scones with fresh clotted cream n jam pots.Made us think we would come back and try the dinner restaurant in future.Would suggest Shendish do a bit more marketing on their afternoon teas as we literally just stumbled on it . Good find 👏

We booked this hotel and restaurant as a birthday treat for my wife. The restaurant was very relaxing, the staff were friendly and helpful and the food was really good quality - would come back to the restaurant in isolation.

We were surprised to find we were the only table booked for lunch that day, but the that happed to us the last time we got together....before lockdown!The food and service we could not fault and at no time did we feel rushed in any way. We had a lot to catch up on so lunch went on until 4pm.Great to catch up over a great lunch. First class.
