Why is it that some people don’t care about the details? the small things in life that can make such a difference?So, let’s say you order two drinks, one cafe latte and one hot chocolate. The big version and take away mugs. You imagine getting a big cup not a small one and you imagen getting the stuff in a take away mug.You get a small china cup and “to drink it in the house”.Ok that’s cool, we can all mishear.Then you say that you ordered a big version so you expect it to come in a bigger mug. But why do you have to say that? You always get a bigger mug, if you pay for the bigger portion, anywhere else…So, now he pours cold milk into the bigger mugs as the coffee and the chocolate are already made in the small cups.So you are about to receive coldish coffee and coldish “hot” chocolate.You then ask for the milk to be heated and his female colleague interrupts and says that was done, but I saw him pouring milk straight from the cartoon into the mugs.So, now he heats up the milk, he is a bit crossed and a bit stressed.Then he pours it as quickly as possible into the mugs, which now are dirty with chocolate stains on the outside of the mug.You ask him if his mummy would drink it like that? I bet she likes a clean mug especially if she is paying for it. A mug that doesn’t have skid marks all over the outside of the mug.So, he pours the chocolate into a fresh clean mug and is about to explode.Then when you have paid, you realise that you want a napkin and that it wasn't handed over to you.God forbid if you wanted cold water with that coffee as well. So you ask for napkins and you overhear him and his college complaining to the male customer after you in the queue.Seriously, some women!What would you give for that type of service?I think one star is quite fair.
