The Garden Bar and Restaurant

This is a lovely restaurant with an excellent view from the window. Decorated well and really nice atmosphere even dough it was very quite when we were there. Food was superb excellent quality overall and excellent experience highly recommended.

Don’t let the outside fool you. Inside is modern and very beautifully decorated. We found this restaurant via Google Maps as we struggled to find nice restaurants in Penzance that day. Service is good as members of staff were friendly and they always checked in on us. Only downfall is that we felt the mussels were a bit over cooked so it wasn’t that nice but the flavour was good. There also wasn’t anyone at reception to greet us, and it got a bit awkward when we said we were here as we had a dinner reservation and I had to say, can we go to the restaurant, and is the restaurant that way? It would’ve been nice if she lead us the way first.

So so happy we found this beautiful place, it is hidden off the main area of Penzance and it’s part of a hotel. The staff were amazing and the the food just divine. Highly recommended.

Great food, interesting dishes, reasonably priced. Tables spaced appropriately so you can have casual conversation

Food was excellent. Presented beautifully and tasted second to none. Waiter Terry was very attentive. The ambience and decor very pleasing. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.
