The oysters, sourced from different regions of the US, were particularly delicious and sweet. Gently sucking in a juicy oyster was a delight. The other Western dishes were also noteworthy. On a winter's day, I enjoyed juicy steaks, squid marinated in rich cheese, crab legs, and fresh scallops from the coast. Paired with fine white wine and freshly baked bread, the jet lag was easily banished.
