I went skiing in Flagstaff and stumbled upon this treasure restaurant Fat Olives. I didn&rsquo;t expect their pizza to have won an international award! 🏆

🍕 Belgio Dolce (2014 International Pizza Expo third place): White base pizza, with homemade mozzarella cheese, Roman sheep cheese, shredded kale, Calabrian chili oil, minced pistachios, Italian sausage and honey. The taste is rich and sweet and spicy. It&rsquo;s amazing! Must order!
🍤 Shrimp Fra Diavolo: Creamy green sauce pizza, with spicy shrimp and Calabrian chili oil, full of spicy flavor, the shrimp meat is chewy, a must order for spicy food lovers!
🍝 Chicken Alfredo: Homemade Alfredo sauce, with grilled chicken and mushrooms, rich milk flavor, tender chicken~
🍝 Lasagna: 10-hour slow-cooked meat sauce, with ricotta and mozzarella cheese, rich taste and generous portion!
🧀 Burrata: Fresh mozzarella cheese, creamy inside, topped with honey balsamic vinegar, with Parma ham and toasted bread slices, delicate taste, must order!

The service was awesome. the portions are big enough to share. The food quality is what you would expect from a high end steak house.

They claim the best pizza in Flagstaff, I reckon they are probably right although I can only actually compare to Fat Olives, but I don&#39;t think i have had a better pizza in 20 years.
