A bar on the beach. I came there at noon. It has air conditioning. The steaks there tasted pretty good, but the sizzling steak was a little tough. The French fries tasted average, but the poached egg chicken steak tasted good.

The staff is amazing, very responsive and accommodating. The service is awesome. When we visit, our needs are always met. Today we were served by Joe and Candice. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone with high standards.

The main feature of this hotel is its good environment. It is a 360-degree revolving restaurant. The food is quite ordinary, such as pizza, pasta, and steak. You can just come here to enjoy the scenery of Saipan.
