Among the many restaurants in San Francisco, State Bird Provision is definitely one of my favorites.

They have two ways of ordering: menu and cart. Although the menu will change, some classic dishes will be retained or not changed much. The concept of cart should be taken from our Cantonese morning tea. During the meal, a waiter will push a small cart with a clear price on it. Diners can choose what they want and then record it on the menu. It is basically around 10 yuan, and occasionally it is more expensive, such as the fresh sea urchin introduced below. The portion of their food is not large, and it belongs to the type of ordering and eating more. I love this style of trying many different foods~

And this restaurant is very cost-effective! If you don&rsquo;t order wine, you can eat a variety of dishes until your belly is full for about 50 per person each time. However, it is very difficult to make a reservation for this restaurant. Every time, you have to grab it one or two months in advance when the seats are just opened. You can also go directly, but the waiting time is generally 45 minutes to two hours.. Recommended snacks on various carts, beef tongue and various meats.

Really love the selection of food here. We were not disappointed with the food. The service was good, and the food came out quick. The restaurant is not in the best area so just be prepared for that.
