There is a very good western restaurant near the hotel we stayed in Seattle, called Altura. The pasta they serve is really delicious. The salads are also very good. I ordered two flavors.

当地比较高端的一家西餐饭店，不像别的饭店比较随意，这里上菜还有吃饭都比较讲究，里面的甜品做的也不错，有点点法国大餐的感觉哦。

This is a relatively high-end western restaurant in the area. Unlike other restaurants which are more casual, the food here is served and the meals are served in a very particular way. The desserts are also very good, giving it a bit of a French meal feel.

If you&rsquo;re prepared to spend $500 for dinner for 2 with wine, and feel like you&rsquo;re dining at restaurant with the ambiance and character of your local Starbucks, then this restaurant is for you! The food is great, but the prices are not, and the ambiance is not fitting for a meal with the prices for a prince but with the ambiance and service for a pauper.

When I came to Seattle for a trip, I went to a Malaysian restaurant Kedan Makan with my friends. It is said that it is difficult to make reservations because there is no online reservation. If you want to eat in the restaurant, you can only go there early every day to line up and write your name on the waitlist and wait for the store to call or send a text message. After the waitlist is full, they will no longer accept customers on the same day. They are very arrogant. When we arrived, it was a little late, but we were lucky enough to grab the last seat on the waitlist. However, when we asked, the waiting time for us to enter the store was still a bit long. It was estimated that it would take 3 to 4 hours for us to get our turn. We didn&#39;t want to wait here for several hours, so we took this opportunity to stroll around the neighborhood for 3 and a half hours and came back to find that it was finally our turn.

The store is actually quite small, but because of this, the taste of the food and the dining environment give people a very homely and warm feeling. There aren&#39;t many types of dishes on the menu, but you can see that they are authentic Malaysian home-cooked dishes and snacks, such as Roti Jala (lace crepe, a thin pancake shaped like a net), Nasi Goreng char si (bbq pork fried rice), Bubur Hitam (warm black rice pudding with coconut milk), etc.

If you want to experience this restaurant, you still have to come early on the day to queue up.

This is a small diner but cozy and a good meal. Had the hash, eggs and pancakes. The food was fast, tasty and experience uneventful. I would frequent there again.

Liberty Bar is located not far from our hotel in Seattle. It is also very popular among young people. As soon as we entered the store, we saw a whole cabinet of various kinds of alcohol. We each ordered a glass of red wine, paired with fried shrimp, which felt quite special.
