The Madeleine looks really big and iconic (I&rsquo;m sorry I didn&rsquo;t take a photo [tears]), the sweetness is very low, the Earl Grey tea is just right, the taste is fluffy and slightly moist, satisfying all my favorite points of Madeleine!

▹ Cinnamon Butterfly Puff
Because of the cinnamon sauce, the taste is not so crispy and a little sticky, but the cinnamon and butter aromas blended together taste great!

▹ Pistachio Roll
The crust is crispy, the inside is soft and chewy, and there are a lot of pistachio particles, the taste is perfect! Unfortunately, the pistachio flavor is actually a bit light.
